With A Self Love Story I create a protected space for you and a group of wonderful women with a lot of love, understanding and solidarity.
Through guided hypnosis, clarifying questions, mindfulness exercises, exchange, group processes and deep immersion in your fears and desires, I will help you in your life transform , to accept yourself again and to love you. We lead you back into your feminine power and connect you with yourself.
We're really going in the 8 weeks deep . It's about the power of yours thoughts and Feelings , therefore stressful and blocking ones Release Beliefs to the Healing of the inner child , your own limits,
