Ich habe sexuelle Traumata erfahren. Ist der Kurs trotzdem etwas für mich?
Du Liebe, erst einmal möchte ich sagen, wie wertvoll es ist, dass du hier auf meiner Seite gelandet bist. Wenn dich das betrifft, dann sprich mich total gerne persönlich an und wir schauen gemeinsam wie ich dich begleiten kann. Ganz generell möchte ich sagen, dass ich dir den Kurs aus Herzen empfehlen kann. Wir widmen uns dem Thema Sexualität auf einer ganz liebevollen, sanften Art und Weise. Ich gebe dir Tools an die Hand um Traumata und Blockaden ganz sanft aus deinem Körper zu lösen. Ganz wichtig ist, dass du jederzeit auf dich und deine Bedürfnisse achtest und sanft mit dir bist. Generell tragen so viele Frauen sexuellen Traumata in sich – du bist also nicht allein hier. Genau darum geht es in diesem Kurs. Traumata und Blockaden zu lösen. Mir ist es immer unglaublich wichtig einen sicheren, geschützten Raum zu kreieren.
Was für Übungen erwarten mich?
Das wichtigste in unseren Kursen ist uns, dass ihr eine Veränderung in euch erfährst. Deshalb ist der Kurs sehr praktisch aufgebaut. Neben einem Wissensteil und Erklärung, leiten wir euch durch jede Übung hindurch. Euch erwarten u.a. tantrische Übungen, sinnliche Berührung und tantrische Rituale.
Ist der Kurs für uns auch wenn winicht viel Erfahrung mit Tantra habe?
